Refund policy

We get it, if you're reading this page then probably something has gone wrong, or is about to. Our apologies, we try our best to offer the best service we can to all ALLCAPS customers. Please go ahead and familiarise yourself with our policies below regarding refunds, returns, group buys and combining orders.

In most cases, the best thing to do is email us at allcaps.keyboards@gmail.com or join our discord here and raise a ticket.

Change of mind - In Stock

Please choose your purchases carefully as once  products have shipped to you we are unable to provide a refund. If your order has not yet shipped, please log a ticket or send us an email to have the order cancelled.

Incorrect number of items

ALLCAPS does it very best to ensure products are picked, packed and shipped accurately. But, sometimes we make mistakes too, luckily our fantastic team of legends is here to help. For most issues, you'll find that we will ship you a replacement next business day, or the one after. Please join our discord here and raise a ticket if you are impacted. 

Incorrect Item or missed item

Please join our discord here and log a ticket in our #tickets channel. The team will sort you out quickly. Most of the time we will send you a return label in the replacement item shipped out to you (if we sent you the wrong item), just drop it off at the Post Office when convenient. Otherwise a replacement will be shipped to you, at no charge within 1-2 business days. Sorry about that!

Faulty or damaged item

Most products like keyboards, keycaps and switches have rigorous Quality Control (QC) guidelines that we must adhere to and are checked prior to shipment. Products such as keyboards will have communicated and obtainable QC standards listed on their product page, as well as our discord. 

Keycaps can occasionally ship with minor imperfections and as such do no warrant a replacement. Please contact us if there are missing keys, significant damage due to shipping or otherwise and our team will assist.

 

 Group Buys & Pre-Orders

Group Buys and Pre-Order items are products that are not in-stock, ready to ship. Group Buys are typically ran for a single, one month period during which customers may join. After the initial, one month period these products may open for pre-order at a later date. Pre-orders follow the same guidelines and rules as Group Buys only the pricing and availability may have changed.

Standard GB policies apply:

  • Please order GB items by themselves. Orders with a mix of GB and In-Stock items will see the in-stock items cancelled from their order. 
  • Group Buys can have delays, they are unfortunate but can happen. Please stay up to date with this and any other group buy on Discord.
  • You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund, however you will forfeit the item and your GB slot.
  • The images shown are renders of the product and are only used to estimate the final product.
  • By purchasing GB items, you acknowledge that you understand and agree with the Group Buy terms

Change of mind - Group Buy/Pre-Order

Full refunds are available during the Group Buy period and up to 14 days after the conclusion of the GB period. Please choose carefully, as once the 14 day period is over we are unable to process your a change of mind refund. The Group Buy policy is listed on product pages including their original timelines and ETAs. Updates can be found here.

Please note non-refundable transaction fee applies for all change of mind refunds processed. Australian Consumer Law protections are listed on their website.

Change of mind - Raffles

If you were successful in obtaining a slot in a raffled keyboard, you will not be eligible for change of mind refund.

Additionally, if you are selected for a slot in a raffle and fail to complete the purchase you will not be able to participate in future raffles at ALLCAPS.

Mixing of In-stock and Group Buy items

We understand that it can be confusing as to which products are in stock and which aren't. Products that are Group Buy or Preorder always have that information listed on the product page along with the product description. When in-stock and GB items are ordered together we will unfortunately have to cancel your in-stock item(s). This is due to the stock, warehousing and fulfillment issues that this creates. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
