Anyways, 2024 has been happening around us and here we are typing away on our keyboards. Gotta say, it's pretty nice.
Huge month for us here at ALLCAPS, yet another staff developed switch has dropped, after Lewi's Blush switches we FINALLY have Kent's (aka Keebaholics) Strawberry Cheesecake Tactile switches which have been through an unnecessary amount to testing and prototyping across multiple manufactuers. Update: Finally after recieving our re-manu'd cases we have shipped all the GB orders. We have been able to build the extras page to enable customers to select colours, cases, controllers etc. We have graded the cases so customers know the condition of the case and discounts cascade per the grade. Case only options are availabe for customers who have existing boards as youcan pick up a case at a heavy discount. |

We have been recently informed of the QC required to sort and fill this project and given the size of our order it will take a couple of weeks for us to complete this process. Realistically, I don't see us being in a position to ship these orders until June as we have a large order coming to us from KBM and there are many, many child kits. |

SHARK67 UPDATE
Unfortunately we experienced a lot of issues during the last few months resulting in us being forced to cancel this project.
It's been a long road to this one and we don't like projects being cancelled but unfortunately, there has been no contact from SharkStudio for some months now despite there being a number of attempts made by all vendors. Some boards were delivered to an international verndor, however they appear to be the the extras from R1 and since then there has been radio silence. Again, we don't like cancelling GBs and prefer to push on so customers get their prodcuts, but as a vendor group we decided that this was the safest approach for everyone.
Customers are able to:
- Request a full refund via email / ticket here in Discord
- Swap to another in-stock board at no cost to you (even if it's more expensive)
- Put the cash towards another GB like the Krush65 or another currently runningat ALLCAPS
We will be emailing customers this week to notify but we thought that it would be prudent to also post it here for transparency. If you would like to update your order per the above please reach out to us via email / ticket here in Discord.
